OUR BUTCHERY SERVICES

 For small quantity livestock, we have a range of services available to help you get the best quality cuts. We collect, saving you the hassle, providing you a superb end product with as little waste as possible. We can also deliver to you once completed in our refrigerated van. This year is getting very booked up already so there are only limited slots left. Changing dates need to be agreed with us before switching dates with the Abatoir as we don’t have many slots left.

  • Pork

    Collection from C&S Meats starts at £20 for up to 1 carcass on a Wednesday. 1-8 pigs (any day) £60.

    We can make you Traditional or Chipolata sausages using our inhouse seasoning for £3.50/Kg

    Curing Bacon (1kg minimum) £2.50/kg

    Sliced (1kg Minimum Pre slice weight 10 days process) £5.00/kg

  • Lamb

    Collection from C&S Meats starts at £25 for up to 6 Carcases (Wed only). 1-15 any day £60.

  • Beef

    Collection from C&S Meats starts at £50 for a single carcase, 2 carcases £70

    We can age the Beef, and this is £5/per carcase/week, subject to space.

    Butchery is priced upon enquiry based on the size of the beef breed and what cuts are required.

    Beef Butchery is priced at £40/hr. All prices are excluding VAT, and payment must be made on booking.
